End-User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant

Locanium grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the software provided as part of our services. This license is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this EULA.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
• Use the software for any illegal purpose.
• Transfer the software to a third party without our consent.

3. Intellectual Property

The software and all associated intellectual property rights are the exclusive property of Locanium or its licensors. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights in the software.

4. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Locanium may terminate this agreement at any time if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and destroy all copies in your possession.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Locanium disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Locanium be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the software.

7. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes arising from this EULA shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
